Overview
It includes a front-drive hybrid power assembly (motor assembly) test bench and a power motor test bench. Different from the traditional power assembly test bench, in addition to two load dynamometers and corresponding control systems, the new energy vehicle power assembly test bench also includes a set of battery simulator for providing bidirectional power supply for the tested motor and the tested motor driver, and a set of power analyzer for analyzing the performance of the motor and the driver.
Test objects include: EV motor (including driver), hybrid powertrain, EDU (electric drive unit)
functions and features
-Extensible battery simulator. The real-time controller provided by the measurement and control system supports the operation of the user's battery mathematical model, and cooperates with the battery simulator to provide extended battery simulation functions.
-Tight integration with third-party power analyzers allows users to access real-time power analysis data like a local data acquisition system
-Use PM motor as the load motor of the power motor test bench, providing a maximum operating speed of 12000rpm
-Vehicle road simulation function
-Powerful performance test bench software can easily and quickly carry out secondary development of various test processes and test methods, and provide rich reports and test curves
