The Zhuzhou Branch of the Taojiang County Economic Development Promotion Association has been officially established, and the founder of Xin'en Intelligence has been elected as the first chairman of the board.
On November 28, 2025, the inaugural meeting of the Zhuzhou Branch of the Taojiang County Economic Development Promotion Association was solemnly held at the Yannian Hotel in Zhuzhou. The venue was packed with distinguished guests, and nearly a hundred representatives from government, enterprises, and local elites gathered to witness this significant moment marking the deepening of collaborative development between Zhuzhou and Taojiang. At the meeting, Wu Canhui, Chairman of Hunan Xin'en Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and President of the Taojiang Chamber of Commerce in Zhuzhou, was appointed as the Chairman of the first council of the branch.

Yang Kaibo, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Taojiang County CPPCC, as well as Chairman of the County Economic Promotion Association, and Dong Jia, Vice Chairman of the County CPPCC and Chairman of the County Federation of Industry and Commerce, along with other local leaders, attended the meeting. Guests invited to the event included He Wangzhong, former member of the Standing Committee of the Zhuzhou Municipal Party Committee and former commander of the Zhuzhou Military Sub-district, and Li Bowen, former Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Zhuzhou Municipal People's Congress, among other distinguished local figures from various sectors. Prior to the meeting, the delegation led by Taojiang County’s officials made a special visit to Xin’en Intelligent’s production workshop, corporate exhibition hall, and office center, where they highly praised the company’s development achievements and technological strength.

In the afternoon, amid a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere, Dong Jia, Vice Chairman of the Taojiang County CPPCC, presided over the conference and delivered a welcoming speech. The meeting read out the approval for the establishment, and leaders including Yang Kaibo presented plaques on-site to the Zhuzhou branch. And appointment letters were presented to the members of the first board of directors.

Finally, representatives from the local notables—He Wangzhong, Li Bowen, Liu Jianren, and others—spoke in turn to offer their congratulations. Chairman Yang Kaibo delivered a concluding speech. Representatives from the out-of-town economic promotion associations and fellow villagers also took the floor, expressing their congratulations on the establishment of the association and their anticipation for future cooperation.
