1. The motor test bench is classified according to the type of working power: it can be divided into DC motors and AC motors.

According to its structure and working principle, it can be divided into two categories: brushless DC motors and brushed DC motors.

Brushed DC motors are divided into: permanent magnet DC motors and electromagnetic DC motors.

EVDC motors are divided into: series-excited DC motors, shunt-excited DC motors, separately-excited DC motors, and compound-excited DC motors.

Permanent magnet DC motors are divided into: rare earth permanent magnet DC motors, ferrite DC motors, and nickel-cobalt permanent magnet motors.

In this case, AC motors can also be divided into single-phase motors and three-phase motors.

2. According to the structure and working principle, it can be divided into DC motors, asynchronous motors, and synchronous motors.

Synchronous motors are divided into: permanent magnet synchronous motors, reluctance synchronous motors, and lag synchronous motors.

Asynchronous motors are divided into: asynchronous motors and AC motors.

asynchronous motor is divided into three-phase asynchronous motor, single-phase asynchronous motor, cover type asynchronous motor.

AC commutation motor is divided into: single-phase series motor, DC dual-purpose motor, push motor.

3. According to the starting and working mode, it can be divided into: capacitive single-phase asynchronous motor, capacitive single-phase asynchronous motor, capacitive single-phase asynchronous motor, capacitive single-phase asynchronous motor, and split-phase single-phase asynchronous motor.

4. The motor test bench is divided into transmission motor and control motor according to its purpose.

motors and other general small mechanical devices (including various small machine tools, small machinery, medical equipment, electronic equipment, etc.) motors and other small mechanical motors, such as: washing machines, electric fans, refrigerators, air conditioners, tape recorders, VCRs, DVD players, vacuum cleaners, cameras, hair dryers, electric shavers, etc.

Control motors are divided into stepper motors and servo motors.

5. According to the structure of the rotor, it can be divided into: cage induction motor (called squirrel cage asynchronous motor in the old standard) and wound rotor induction motor (called coil asynchronous motor in the past standard).
